i really love her, and my friends keep telling me to just let it go but i still like her and want to be with her again, any advice or tips? i really need her back...

If she's not into you, she's not into you. End of story. If you love her, then you can accept the fact that she doesn't want to date you. It sucks, but that's just how it is.
There's nothing stopping you from still being in her life. You can continue to be her friend and support her without being in a relationship.

If you want my opinion I really wouldn't want to spend the rest of my life with someone who doesn't want to spend it with me. It may hurt to hear it but you need to learn to respect other peoples' personal decisions, she decided this was best, and you need to respect that.

There will be countless other achievements and failures ahead of you, there is no use dwelling on another persons' decision or direction in life. It may be frustrating, degrading, confusing, and sad. But it is how the world is, you'll probably understand when you're older.
