Can't sleep... (12)

1 Name: Solo : 2014-05-02 19:43 ID:OJfV84+9 [Del]

Ive been having trouble sleeping lately...Im not really into supernaturals but this sorta happen at around 2+ and its been happening for 3 days now...

I usually like to sleep late when the next day is a weekend, playing my games on my lappy so around 1.30 i would go to sleep...I REALLY feel asleep but it just so happen when im about to head to netherland i heard whispers right but as soon as i open my eyes, the whisper just disappears...

This isnt the worst part yet...I try to doze off again and at 2+ the whispers got louder and louder, TOO loud i could actually hear swords clashing sound and even heard women screaming...Its so terrible, it feels like its stuck in my head since i got up and switch on all the lights, it didnt leave...i tried to wake my dad but he just wouldnt get up...in the end i just sat on the floor and wait for it to go away...

it always ended at 4+ or less and would get a serious headache after that...my dads sorta pissed at me for skipping 3 days of school and of course he doesnt believe me...

Please i need help...I just wanted to have a peaceful night...I just want to lie on my bed, close my eyes and sleep...If you have anything ANYTHING at all that you think could help, id appreciate it...

I dont think i had any problems in my life other than this one...

And ive tried what sleeping on the floor just yesterday...Use headphones and listening to music...i even switch on the spotlight for sakes...but it still doesnt work...

And the sounds just keep making echoes its hard for me to think of anything else other than walking around and tripping all over the place...

heck i even tried knocking my head on the wall...i even tried sleeping while sitting but it just wouldnt go away...

Worst days of my life...All i could do now is to doze off in class...but i do learn that the place where i live is actually a war zone between the japanese and my country...

Im not an expert, but this sounds like a case of Hypnagogia(mild)

If you keep on hearing loud repetitive sounds
[example = Hypnagogic hallucinations are often auditory or have an auditory component. Like the visuals, hypnagogic sound effectiveness vary in intensity from crashes to echoes of familliar voices ]

When this symptoms activate most of the auditory functions start to malfunction into a "half-awake state"

Hence ,
hallucinations occur

Take caution of sounds that you hear everyday and consult a expert on Hypnagogia

You might just have a particularly active mind, but if it's really affecting you so much, you might want to see a doctor. I suggest trying some kind of over-the-counter sleep aid to see if that has any effect, but you haven't provided much other information so I can't give you much of a solution beyond that.

it's because you sleep late, try to drink milk before you sleep. Or change bedsheets for fun's sake. I have the same situation before and I took this advice that my sensei told me.
