>>1 make sure that you research what supplements and vitamins you should take to replace what you'll be missing. You should make sure to eat a lot of protein rich food like beans and some grains. I don't know much more than that, I suggest researching it more and talking to a dietician.

you can get the protians you need from beans abd other such foods, and eating dairy sounds like afantazstic choice :) i mknow from experience that it is hard tob e compleaatly vegatairain but it dose foster a healthy lifestyle, even if you end up eating meat some of the time.

What >>2 said is very important. I had to become pescetarian so I could save money not buying so many B-12 supplements. Talking to a doctor is always important when drastically changing a diet over a long period of time. As for what to eat, Amie's kitchen makes vegetarian freezer meals for in case you ever find yourself short on time and needing food quick. The main factor is if you are still living with your family or not. If your family is still making your food and you are the only vegetarian things get complicated fast., so waiting till later in life might be better depending on your circumstances.

Eggs, greek yogurt, and sunflower seeds are all good sources of non-meat protein. And good choice I'd say :)

Depending on what kind of person you are, have you considered just only eating meat that you know is organic? By doing that you're not only supporting your local economy and ethical farmers, but also keeping up a part of your diet that is surprisingly hard to replace with any kind of ease.
