Hi everyone, well this is verey personal. I have a big problem. I dont fit into any size of clothing that they sell at shops and instead have to buy like three XXXXlarge and sow them together. Why dont they make clothes for my size. HELP PLEASE!

I'll be blunt.. you need to lose weight. if you are really that fat(which seems to me highly exaggerated) you are in high risk of different illnesses and diseases... i know people always say it's hard to lose weight and you're just being judgmental, but obesity is a serious problem.

Problem number three - Actual personal problem

1. Exercise. It's good for the body and mind. It held with fat and stress as well. Find time to go to your local rec center or just jog around more. Take the stairs instead of the escalator, take a bike to school, whatever just exercise.

2. Eat healthier. Not necessarily a diet. It will have to be a lifestyle change. Because if you diet and then stop, you'll lower your metabolism and then get fatter and fatter every time you diet.
Try and make home meals instead of eating out too much and I encourage lots of water too.

3. Just be confident in who you are. If you need clothes, go online and order some. Society sucks like that, how they judge people so easily.
