So mum and I dont really go hand in hand. Everytime I see her she's always complaining about something which is normal and now Im used to it. The problem is that I feel like there is something wrong with me and I really want to go to doctors just to check. Ive told my mum about it but she just thinks Im being hysterical and she doesnt believe me and my dad said the same thing. The only person who believes me is my sister but she's only 16

>>1 you could always go by yourself maybe? Is there a school counsellor you could talk to? How serious you do think his could be? If it's nothing too serious then you could always just wait to see a doctor when you're older.

I cant go by myself because we have this card my parents have evrytime we go to the hospital and we dont have a school counsellor. Im not sure how serious this is but lately I have been having suicidal thoughts and self-mutilation is quite a habit. I rarely have panic attacks but if they come theyre really bad and they have to be triggered by something. Self-harm also comes with it

I don't know where you live or how old you are, but it sounds like you should be seeking help. I'd suggest talking to a teacher about this, as they can contact your parents and convey the seriousness of the issue. Otherwise, there are plenty of online resources where you can talk to counsellors for free.
