You should never, ever put some private information such as a telephone number. :( Although here in the Dollars we are not generally bad people, someone else may take advantage of this!

CoffeeCream's right, you shouldn't put your phone number online... things can happen, just be careful and don't do it again.
I once felt unease for months before (and still do), I always kept it in and never told anyone. Until one day, I told one close friend of mine everything. How I felt and so on. She listened and was always there for me. I felt more at ease after I told her. She cared. She listened.
Anyways, you should just tell them anyways. Not when they're busy, sit down with them and talk. Or if you're still a student, talk to a teacher about it. They might be able to help. Just tell someone what's wrong, don't be afraid.
If you want to... you could tell us why you feel this way? You don't have to, but it feels better to tell someone.
