Guys,ever since the new school year there's been this dude picking on my friends and people I know. It's really starting to irritate me that no one is doing anything about this kid. Like what should I do? At first he seemed like a nice guy and I wanted to be friends with him. But then he did something that was kinda harassing me in a sexual way.... He looked at my boobs and always hovered. Yeah <.< and after that I didn't talk to him anymore. That's when it got crazy. He just started spreading rumors about me and tried to get attention from others around him. He always stares at my friends and does anything for attention. It's just so annoying! I can't stand him!

Now, is this guy shy at all? He could probably be wanting attention from other people, and probably even from you. Its normal, humans need attention from other people. He could probably even like you, but what do I know? And by hovering, do you mean like literally right behind you, or like, just in your general area? And as for staring at... yeah, are you sure he was looking or was he looking at the ground? And if he was spreading rumors, then you should ask your friends for clarification what they're about. And also,
are you sure that its the same guy that's spreading these rumors? But from what you've already stated, I recommend that you start distancing yourself more. If he starts pulling weird stuff off again, tell him to stop. Also, tell your friends to tell him to stop. You should make it clear that this isn't the way you want to be treated.

If he gets to the point of actual harassment where you don't feel safe, feel threatened, violated, etc.; then you need to report to an adult close to you and school faculty. If it makes you or your friends uncomfortable then you really need to tell an adult. Like >>2 said, if he does something like that again, then stand your ground and tell him off. You should just ignore, untill the point it does not bother your life too much. Once that didn't work you could ask him to stop. And, since you're feeling REALLY unconfortable with all the situation, then you should report him to your school.
