Hi, everyone. Sorry if you're reading this... well idk.

I just wanna say... can someone please help me? My grandfather just died yesterday and i just feel like shiz. My mom won't stop crying, but won't stop smiling either. It's just.... ugh. I know what you must be thinking, "Jeez, what's wrong with this girl? let your mom be, sou stupid idiot! She just lost her father!". And believe me, i know. My problem? I just don't know how i feel anymore.

First, idk how i feel because my granddaddy remarried more than... idk how many years, after my grandmommy died. And basically, the 'new family' didn't really treat the originals, [my mom, anunt, and my uncle,] well. My step-grandmother's mom got sick with a weird and 'supernatural' disease and blamed the originals [including my older cousin and me] for hating them for no reason. That we were jealous. But i didn't even know about their existence when they blamed us! GODS! In my POV, i think THEY were the ones jealous! *cough,cough* sorry, getting out of track here.

So my step-grandmother decided to make my granddaddy think that it was OUR fault! Just- UGH! HOW STUPID CAN SHE BE!?!?

Second, HE ACTUALLY BELIEVED THE LITTLE WITCH!! [sorry. just had to... let it go~!!] He treated us like some sort of curse because of her! Now, don't get me wrong! I love him, but it just pisses me off when he does that!

Third, it's bad enough that my mom cried because of me not passing a quiz or two, BUT IT JUST BECAME WORSE WHEN HE DIED!! Now, don't get me wrong... again! I LOVE MY MOM AND MY GRANDFATHER MORE THAN HOW MUCH I LOVE TO EAT CHOCOLATE!! AND THAT'S SAYING SOMETHING!!! OKAY!?!

I just hate it when my mom cries, 'cuz i know how useless i am when she does. Each time she cries, she just smiles at me and either goes to another room, or shuts herself in her room. how can i help her if she does that??? I'm not mad or anythin' just EXTREMELY guilty and useless.


I need help, but idk where i can go to to get help at this time [8:13 pm]. Especially since my mom would only cry more if i went out.... because i'm 14 and she might think i'm dead by the time i'm done with this.


Oh, and i'm extremely sorry if i wasted your time, sound demanding or sounded like i just wanted attention. Or sounded like a complete biotch [ <= censored].

My mom went through something similar to your mom, although it happened when she was much younger. Her dad divorced her mom and remarried. It was all just turmoil. The step-mother was a piece of shit and completely turned him against the kids. She was the youngest, so she saw the most of it.

Anyway, as for crying. I usually barge in and cuddle the hell out of my mom if she's crying and listen to her rant, but I don't know if you're close enough to her to do that without being yelled at. You could try doing more around the house, possibly. Surprise her with clean dishes in the morning or vacuum the floor while she's at work, etc. They're stupid little things, but it'll make her smile and think about you for a little while instead of your grandfather. It might let her be a little more lenient about your grades, as well.

Just keep an eye on her. Do whatever you can to cheer her up; it'll make everything in the house so much better. Also, try to get her out of the house. The last thing you want is her getting depressed, which she's more likely to get the more time she spends pouting inside. Maybe ask her to get something from the store or point out that there's a special event you want to go to with her. Anything.
