I never had a boyfriend. I feel like nobody likes me. Im a shy and really quiet person, is this the reason why nobody likes me because guys want fun and outgoing girls? I told myself that im just waiting for the right person but im tired of waiting.Should I change my personality?

Im a really shy person too, and I have thought about this problem in the past. To fix it sometimes I just do the little things, like say hello to someone in one of my classes. But don't worry, Neko-tama is also totally right, and there's someone out there who's perfect for you!

Never change who you are.
Don't force yourself to change because you believe no one loves you because I guarantee someone does. Heck, I bet someone out there is too shy to talk to you right now!
Nobody's perfect, but that's why nobody should try to be another.

Personally I prefer to be with someone with a good personality. In this day and age it is hard to find someone who isn't just interested in sex.

You will change little by little if you do meet someone, but usually it is in ways you want to change. I usually find some of my flaws and improve upon them whenever I meet someone. All those changes were for the better and I have more self esteem. But I could have never rushed that process without messing up.

If you form something from a lie then it will fall apart. Just be yourself and eventually someone will come along. It's just hard to find a good person nowadays so don't jump the gun.

I think because of your shyness, people tend to think that you don't like to be interrupted.
You can still be a shy person, but try to have a small conversation with others.

As for finding a boyfriend, （　・∀・）.. you don't have to worried about it and force yourself. If you still wanna make a move, try to smile more than usual. It bring a positive energy and attract people.

don't worry! i'm the same, never had a boyfriend. and quite honestly, i'm so much happier this way because i am only 17 and all, and the guys at my school are either total dicks, in it for sex, jerks, or just a friend (only because they would NOT be a good boyfriend anyway)

Don't try to change yourself just to get a boyfriend.
Just be who you are.
The reason no one shows interest in you may be because they don't know you that well. Make an attempt in showing who you are.
But don't change yourself drastically for people to know who you are.

I don't think you should rush yourself in situations like this, don't want you to regret it in the end. Change is natural and forcing change will hinder your growth because you over think it.

maybe a little. it depends on what kind of guy you like. honestly, many of the quieter types that will go out with a quiet girl arent that good looking. but that depends on how good looking you are too. you may need to lower your standards or try dating a guy whos not really your type if u really want a bf. im just being honest here. most quiet/not so popular guys will date quiet not so popular girls. and outgoing popular guys will date outgoing popular girls. (at least in high school) your life isnt a love story so dont expect there to be a special guy who thinks of u as an exception and dates u anyways. if thats the type of guy you want, yes you will have to change. you have to be worth it too, remember. if u want a particular type of guy, u have to have something to offer too that they are interested in.

you should never change who you truly are there are plenty of guys who prefer the quiet shy type. thats the type of girl im with no matter what dont change and just be patient good things dont happen in an instint. you have to wait for them
