Trouble learning (4)

So before winter break, I was just fine in Algebra(the class that I have noticed troubles with), in fact, probably in the top few of my class. After winter break, however, I don't seem to learn as quickly or as well in Algebra, which is odd being that nothing really happened that should affect my learning capability over winter break, and it's mainly that class that I have started having trouble with. Is it simply harder material? I just can't quite seem to figure out what is causing the problem.

Simple absence of mental exercise can definitely do that, I can attest to this.

The solution is to just work harder at learning it, harder than you would have had to before, probably. It seems really daunting (I thought I'd never be good at learning anything again after I had the same problem) but learning requires practice just like anything else.

Your ability to learn should come back naturally as you do more of it. If not, I can't say what to do for sure.

>>1 you could ask for some help, like a teacher. Just keep working hard and don't give up :3

Try having study groups with others that also might have trouble studying or with someone who really knows their stuff. But focus on what your doing though don't strain yourself. Sometimes it helps to have a snack but a small one and nothing overly junk foody when you work on what your doing. For math sometimes keeping up with it helps or you could try mental exercises here and there to help your brain. But try what works best for you as everyone is unique and has their own way of working these things out.
