Memories that make you stress (5)

You know those memories that make you cringe whenever you think about them? I imagine most people do, even if most are able to not think about them. So to help others(and myself) let out some of these(might help?) memories, I decided to make this thread. Simply, post a memory that makes you cringe(mentally or physically), whatever it may be. It doesn't have to be your darkest deepest secret, just something you simply don't like to remember.

Few of mine to start:

The two school dances I've gone to(don't ask)

A response to a thread on here about anime clubs. You see, at the time I had started gathering a list of signatures from people who would join, and a thread about them showed up on the bbs. So in my reply I said something along the lines of "say, is there a reason your asking? you can answer to this something@blank.com if you don't want to say on here", which when I look back on, made me seem EXTREMELY creepy(at least, more than I actually am).

p.s., if you had created that thread, REALLY sorry I worded that so terribly

I once went out to dinner and had way too many oysters to count, I was also drinking to but only a little. From eating to many I got heartburn, I never had heartburn before and I thought I was having a heartattack or dying (yes, I'm overdramatic,) and basically I acted like one of those drunk girls who get sick, I wasn't drunk but everyone thought I was and it was so fcking embarrassing......

In 7th or 8th grade, I was invited to a Halloween party. For some reason, either I or my punk friend decided that it would be a good idea to tabletop some people. That's when one person gets down on their hands and knees behind the victim, and another pushes the victim over them. This was the current craze in my school.

I suggest that it would be a great idea to do this to the hostess. So we go, my friend as the 'table' and me as the 'topper.' I push her, and walk away. Someone told me that she was hurt, but I paid no mind. After all, I was just a dumb middle-schooler.

A few days later in school, I saw her in the hallway. She was wearing a cast. We had apparently sprained her wrist by accident. I've yet to speak to her after that. I've always just felt like a dumbass.

Even as a current senior in high school, I still look back and think about how stupid that was. I must've been a real big idiot.

Well, I have one memory that makes me cringe. This one time when I was a kid (I was about 12 years old at the time) and me and a couple of friends decided to perform a dance at a festival. So we finished, and by the time my friends left the stage, I decided to ''steal'' the spotlight.

I began to dance on my own, and after that knelt down on the stage floor striking a ''peace out'' kind of pose. I could see that many people had their video cameras pointed at me. So I left the stage.

Of course, when I did, many people laughed at me and teased me afterward. Now that is one memory that I don't like to remember. I mean, there might be a YouTube video of me doing that. I just hope there isn't anyone who remembers that performance. :{P

One cringe worthy bad memory was from back when I was in grade 2... It was at the school swimming festival so it wasn't at our school as it didn't have a pool... It was the end of the day and me and my brother where looking around for our mum to take us home... when we couldn't find her my brother came up to me with his best friend at the time and said that his friends mum said she could take us home... I had a bad feeling because I knew our mum said she would pick us up but went along with it anyways... as we where driving away I spotted out mum's car in the parking lot... we pulled over and I waited by the car as my brother walked back to get our mum... she was furious! Apparently she had waited there till there was no one else but her and the teachers and they had searched the pool area frantically... I had felt really bad for worrying her... I remember that the next day at school the teacher had told the whole class about the advent, probably to warn them not to do it, and I felt so embarrassed
