I realised it long ago but i dun know how to solove this problem. I am really bad at communicating with people. I hv nth to talk abt to ppl. I try my best to speak out but it seem like i am trying too hard and it backfires.
I dun know wat expression i should hv when i m wif ppl.
It is like with my normal expression,i look like i m unhappy. When i try to smile,it is like i m frowning.
Argh wat should i do? Any advise?

don't try to get involve in a conversation you are not interested or don't know about the topic. If you are interested google it, inform yourself... i did that.
when you are in a group and don't know what to talk about, instead of go to them, make them come to you, do something in front of them like play DS, read manga/book and catch their interest/attention.
It's all about acting. is not the same to pretend that you heard something about X item, than to admit that you don't know anything. I had the same problem long time ago, how did i solved it, it's not something you can "solve". common topics has a lot to do, i can't speak with no one about football but if it is manga/anime/videogames i can speak for hours
