How to be a Rebel (11)

1 Name: Gogogurren : 2013-11-22 09:55 ID:2Rri6J0B [Del]

How do you be a rebel? It's hard for to go for my opinions to someone else. Even if someone ask me why i'm doing something or gives me a suggestion i instantly stop or change my action. The worst part is that when i do they get mad at me for "what wrong?!" "Guezz I was only saying!" Also is it ok to want to get into trouble. I know some people who get into detention who actually good people but my parents say to always avoid them because they are trouble. it's not like get into detention or trouble often, they just do sometimes for speaking out or doing something they shouldn't have. What dosn't makes sense to me is that they still do what they do even if all the adults and teachers say it's wrong, they still are happy with themselves. By the way these people don't bully people by getting in trouble as some people say, they're just different. What i really want to know is how to live that life with no regrets and how can you get people to get used to a "rebel" style you have?

It's not about being a rebel.

It's about doing what you want to do. You can be a rebel and follow the law.

>>2 Sums it up pretty well.
The whole point of being rebellious is standing up against something you don't agree with. People who come off as rebellious rarely strive to be that way - they're just going with what they think is right.

/they can actually just be massive, attention seeking cunts a lot of the time.

I think that being rebellious is nowadays about standing for your ideas even if people try to change your mind...The whole point is: do what you want to do, but never forget to be respectful to the others. Being rebellious doesn't necessary implies being rude or a criminal. :3

>>1 You said "What i really want to know is how to live that life with no regrets and how can you get people to get used to a "rebel" style you have?" The answer sounds simple enough, but doing it is harder. First, you need to figure out what's important to you and why. Then, try to live your life according to those things. Even though you won't do it perfectly, even though you will make mistakes, you just have to keep trying. Depending on what you determine to be important to you, you may be seen as rebellious, or you may not be, but that's not what matters. If you continuously try to live your life according to what you think is right, you will likely have few regrets (I don't think it's possible to have no regrets). Also keep in mind that, as you grow and change, the things that are important to you may change as well. If/when that happens, you shouldn't try to force yourself to stay static.

"rebel style" is pretty much the attitude towards what you believe in. it's just simply standing up to what you believe in even if it meant everyone else will criticize you or is against you. it is somewhere between bravery and stubbornness, i guess.
