I hate my grades at school, I study so hard, why can't I have good grades?! I mean, I don't even get free time now since I study so hard and I still can't pass the average! Then when my parents see my grades, they get pissed off and they don't care about myself anymore, just my grades. Why are grades so important?! I feel like my whole life is being controled my school.

School= life. Your success in school determines your potential success in life. If you're having problems understanding the work, talk to your teachers. They'll work something out with you.

If you're having problems with your parents, talk to them, or maybe a counsellor.

If it's studying and remembering that's the issue then search and look up different ways to study. Not everyone studies the same and you may need to use other studying tools. I don't know the type of learner you are (visual, auditory, kinaesthetic) so I can tell you how to study, you need to find something that works for you.
Get tutoring if you can, they can help you out. Ask teachers for help if you don't understand something.
