Adopt a healthy life style.

Just focusing on losing weight is not good because people who think this way tend to, after losing it, gain weight back and even more than before. My best suggestion would be to adopt a positive and healthy life style. Eat a healthy diet, be active and don't forget to stay positive because it might take a long time before you see results. Do not abandon! By working hard it eventually pays off! It might take years before you see the results that you want. Also, remember that after attaining that result to not abandon your new life style. I know somebody that it took him 5 years to take off all the excessive weight but now he is pride and still maintaining a healthy life style. Fat or not it is important to have a healthy life style. Just by changing bad eating habits and doing some sports you will lose more weight than any diet or stuff they sell you in magazines and infomercials.

Create a workout routine for yourself. Jumping jacks, situps, pushups, various lifts with some weights. Do three sets, three days a week. Make sure you take a day between workouts so your body doesn't fall apart. On the days in between, take an hour walk. So Monday Wednesday and Friday, workout, Tuesday Thursday and Saturday, walk. Walk on Sunday too if you want. Don't worry too much early on about your sets being high numbers or your walk being very long distance. Work on doing it consistently before you worry about pushing harder.

First of all I don't think you should aspire to go out of your way to lose weight unless it is for a medical reason or if you really want to and you are not doing it for some one else's image of you. Now if you still want to lose weight I have made a diet myself using my knowledge of health and it is something I made for myself to get ready for a sports event and I made it easy to help me.
The first few days are the hardest thought since you actually have to get into the flow of everything. It is free, easy, you are not starving yourself and you don't have to work out (but it is recommended)
you can eat snacks, not meals, throughout the day. Try to make some of those snacks healthy ones, but eat a small snack about once every 1-2 hours. Also, drink a lot of water, cold water specifically. Another thing that might sound weird, wear somewhat tight shirts and suck in your stomach a lot. And if you are going to work out I suggest to focus on cardio.
The reasons for these things is because eating snacks instead of meals throughout the day keeps your metabolism going and also reduces the size of your stomach due to the small portion sizes. The reason for drinking cold water is because your body burns few calories trying to heat up the water before it passes. And lastly the reason you should wear somewhat tight clothing and suck in your stomach is because it works out your stomach and makes your body more aware by thinking, this clothing is tight so I don't need to fill it in. 11 you want to gain weight with healthy food or isanything okay? If anything then I suggest you eat at least one bag of chips and make sandwithces with mayonnaise. If you want healthy... I think you should say bananas lots of them now can anyone suggest a way to lose 10 pounds in 5 months of less? If possible only 2 and a half months

A healthy way to lose a reasonable amount of weight is to be active and eat healthy amounts of food. Some foods naturally reduce unnecessary weight in the body. Antioxidant tea help. In my experience its about being healthy. If you eat better you will feel better. Feeling better can do a great deal as excess stress and the like can cause your body to gain weight in an attempt to protect you. Another healthy way to lose weight is to only eat the amount of food you feel you can burn off before out door activities and to never eat too much before you sleep. eating to little food will have the opposite effect of weight loss. Just remember to keep it healthy though. There is no point in starving yourself or harming yourself too look a specific way. Please feel better soon ^w^ *hugs*

Try to stand in your hands.
Next to a wall.

It helped me loose a few cm and it made me stronger.

Standing in your hands is working your abdominal muscles, your back, your arm muscles and legs. And trust me, it is not that easy to do arm stand.

You can find tutorial on youtube. If you want some idea, try to search: capoeira hand-standing.
That's where I got the idea of trying this :)

Did I mention that I eat a dozen of sweets, but only because I do some minutes of hand stand?? I eat even late in the night and I'm still cool.

I told one of my friends to do the same and she says it helps her to get away cm.

Oh, and try to eat healthy food. For example stay away as much as possible from pizza or hamburgers. I haven't eat a hamburger in a while, but I find it disgusting. And I eat pizza once in a month. I'm not starving, but I really don't find pizza or any other excessively oily food appealing. So instead I eat sugar cubes, chocolate, nutella, candies. And still skinny :)

I'm currently on weight watchers. I have lost 35 pounds so far and started in July. I am never hungry, still eat all of my favorite foods (although modified a little), and have no unhealthy weight-loss habits. The real trick is to find substitutes for ingredients you like and cook meals yourself. You also shouldn't see unhealthy foods as 'bad,' just treat them as something that needs to be consumed in smaller portions. Don't deny yourself either, it will only make you unhappy. Treat new recipes as adventures and try to find ways to make ordinary foods more exciting (herbs, spices, etc). Make your food look good (it is scientifically proven to taste better like that.) Don't eat while doing other things (you will feel less full). eat slowly (you will feel more full). Don't feel discouraged and find people who will support you to talk to. Clearly I have ranted a little here, but since I have started dieting, I have really found a new appreciation for food and enjoy it much more now. I hope that you can to!

its a scientific fact it will speed up your metabolic system to eat 6 small snacks a day replacing your 3 meals therefor helping you with weight loss something around the size of a apple, pear, yogurt, string cheese, etc. plus its very healthy but don't forget to exercise the main 3 fat burners are sex, aerobics and running good luck and i hope it helps.
