I'm worried about my friend, I dont know her personally but I met her online a few months ago, shes really nice. but recently she has been telling me that she has suicidal thoughts, she starting cutting and finds that most people hate her or that she is a dissapointment to her parents because she doesnt do the best in school. No matter how much I tell her that everything is going to be okay, nothing works. Help? I don't know how to help her anymore.

dont know but if posible tell her to meet and try to comfrote her somehow ,as firend hug her.or tell hey to see life as start if yu make even one step forward at time proves good.

This is a bit hard to do since, you don't know her personally. I think you should try to make her feel like she matters. I mean if you care about her a lot then show it. Show her that even if others don't like her, there are people who care about her.

I can't physically meet her because she lives a whole country away from me, she is a nice person but all her friends are slowly not talking to her anymore and hate her just because she told them she was suicidal, I told her that as long as there is one person that she can always talk to no matter what everything will be okay. But she still doens't agree, I told her everything you have said, I told her to focus on the future and not dwell on the past but she says shes stuck in the past.
