i would like to be able to write more effectively because i often get writers block. is there any tips to avoid writers block or just for writing what so ever.

This kind of question is better suited for the Literature Board. I'm sure, you'll be more successful over there. The Personal Board is mainly dedicated to personal troubles like emotional or relationship problems.
