I have a certain friend who's in a real pinch. I haven't told him about this but here's what he told me:

Dad was unemployed for over 3 months. Blacklisted by SCI in the shipping industry for insubordination, ill treatment of others and bad work rep. The apartment will be sealed in less than a week probably since my dad couldn't clear it up.
As for mom, she's working somewhere as a housekeeper (she ran away from the house due to dad's harassment [He beat her up in public and stuff in 2012 and long story in the past and present] and tyranny and got a job as a housekeeper and since then working like that with free food and accommodation. She called me up and then told me about this after like 2 weeks since she went missing so now it's ok) but they won't let me stay at her workplace since it's work (confirmed)
And I have no relatives in Bangalore(city where he stays)
Plus both my parents' are not in good terms with their sides' of the family so relatives won't bother helping. In fact they themselves called up and said not to talk like we know each other or ask for help, EVER. And my grandma's being hospitalized so no help from their side whatsoever.

Now the apartment will be sealed which means I'll 100% be kicked out
My dad's sailing now since he finally got a job but he can't fix this, not before 10th October or mid-of-October, the time when his salary comes.

Now where the hell can I stay? I have school going on and sadly I had to spit out my personal issues to the principal. That's why they're even letting me have food there (lunch and breakfast) on weekdays [they have boarders so food so yeah]
Now I have barely 2k-3k with me for food and travelling
All these days I used to order something from a nearby restaurant (85 Rs bill everyday - 1 meal a day with some bread at home) [Since the past 1 month] and yeah, my mom gave me some cash when it nearly ran out after almost a month.
Now what? T______________T

So is there anything he can do? He has no relatives or friends for help and I can't help him in any way other than this.

This is a tough situation. In the US, there are groups that exist to help dependents in situations like this, but India, I have no clue.
I'm sorry I can't be any more helpful than this, but I think doing some research might be your best bet at this moment. Is there any group or place in Bangalore that help people who end up in a situation like his? Is there anyone he knows close by that can help him out outside of the family? Will the school be willing to do anything for him other than feed him a few meals, or what about the individual teachers?

I hate to say, but considering most of us here are from US/UK, I don't imagine many of us would know a great deal about how something like this works in a foreign nation.

He doesn't have ANYONE to rely on. That's the problem. And I don't know if there is any group in my place that can help in such situations.

i don't know if they have a branch there but have you heard about the tzu chi foundation? they're a buddhist humanist organization but they will help pretty much everybody around the world
