So there was a guy who had an argument with me over how to roleplay on a forum otherwise dedicated to competitive pokemon and in retaliation my friend wrote a short story about it.

[Once upon a time in a land twenty minutes ago, Shea tried to advertise Breakdown's RP section.

It was a happy announcement, and the creativity starved memebers of the Breakdown writing community cheered.

But one man stood alone among the happy server goers.

"Why ever would you make an RP section on a non-dedicated forum?" sneered Augu, a man with a knotty bearded, a boulder cap, and a six-and-one-half-foot pole up his ass.

"If the writers don't have lore, they simply can't write! This rp should be about Pokemon, and these rules are much to dark for that. They should fix them posthaste, so a children's game stays for children! After all, Pokemon fics are NEVER written for adult audiences!"

Lady Shea rose an eyebrow, looking quite fair as she said "Well, the lore will be in the individual threads. This isn't a devoted role play forum, after all, so people have a chance to make their own worlds in their own little threads."

"Also, if you haven't noticed, there are quite a few people here. Do you think every single one of us wants to talk about Pokemon all the time? Occasionally we'd like a chance to be a knight, a space smuggler, or Frost's love interest. Not everyone here needs a 20,000 post back story to have fun."

Augu threw his hat to the ground in a firey rage, right hand on his ass stick ready to face Shea and her words about "freedom" and "fun" and "lore in one post". "Look, you should RP Pokemon, so you have a universe to build on! For example, go pay 15 dollars a month to learn how to RP in a universe someone else made for you, with characters that can only be so many things. That's how everyone should learn to RP!"

Shea scoffed in disgust, closed her eyes and shrugged back, pretending not to care about his verbal attack. That lasted all of ten seconds as his words sunk in, and in a burning fit she screamed in a haze, "Look fuck face, no one gives a shit what you like. If we want to have fun and can in one thread, why the hell do you care how we do it or why? If you don't like it, go jump off a cliff, as for me, I'll rp however I like."

"What the hell do you mean fun?!" Augur screamed in rebuttal, yanking free his ass stick but still keeping the stiffness. He beat it into the ground in an infant like fit, and yelled "I'M THE ONE WHOSE TRYING TO BE NICE AND YOU'RE BEING A BITCH! NOW HERE'S HOW YOU RP, WHETHER OR NOT YOU LIKE IT!" He stood up straight and regained his composure and said "No one should RP in a place that is free to do what you like. If they don't want Pokemon, they should go somewhere else. As for this place, it's just not up to snuff."

While Shea was gaining a great amount of irritation, she looked all around the great Breakdown nation for aid, and when that yielded no results, she yelled very loud "Queentrace, kick his butt!" In a burst white light, a man appeared on the street. He walked up to Augur and said in Shea's steed, "We get it, you're the absolute best in the world, no one else can write in the way that pleases you the most. This isn't your style, you much prefer WoW, and obviously roleplaying there isn't dull as hell. So why don't you pack up and go back to Azeroth, or if you'd rather stay and bitch, instead kiss my ass."

Augur ruffled his coat and stuck his rod back in in his rear, and said with a sniff "How rude, I'm out of here." As he left, he had quite the elitist air, as if giving up somehow made him the winner. Shea and the commoners cheered and celebrate his leave, while Queentrace turned about and said "So, how about a story?"
