Okay, iv'e been a bit lost lately. I can't be happy with my boyfriend and I don't know why. He's everything Iv'e ever wanted but, I just can't seem to love him. Any advice or suggestions?

Perhaps it is that, that you can't love him.
What I mean is that perhaps you just see him as a really close friend.

Maybe what you think you want isn't what you truly want.

First, dating problem thread. Second, if you're not happy with him, tell him you want to take a break from your relationship for a few weeks so you can sort things out. After your break, if you think it wont work, just break up with him

trying to force yourself to love someone will never work out. You don't "grow" to love someone with time. You simply learn to tolerate and accept them. Just because he may have all the qualities you are looking for, if there is no connection, then he simply isn't the right one. I can honestly tell you this from experience. You may find someone like I did who is absolutely perfect in everything you could desire in a soul-mate, but in the end there is no spark. So let me ask you a question. When is the last time he gave you butterflies? if its been a while... i suggest breaking up and just being friends. A bit harsh, but why stay with someone that doesn't make you truly happy.
