There's a boy I really like(intelligent person), he's not a manly like boys out there but he's so friendly towards both boys and girls, he's also very attached to me and everyone, no one hates him ... well I can describe him as an anime character thin body and tall and with overflowing moe or cuteness T^T he's just so cute >.< but there's a girl that he has a crush with, but that girl just treat him as a friend well obviously the boy I like doesn't care about that like (hmmm.. ok) he just continued acting like nothing happened and continued playing computer. Well should I confessed? T_T

Why not? Silence never accomplished anything. What happens happens, and it'll only make you a better person to try.

I suggest confessing - but just confessing. Don't ask him out (at least not yet). Just let him know-

Hey, I kind of like you more than I probably should, and I know you like someone else, so don't feel pressured or anything. It just felt kind of wrong to hide it from you. So I'm putting it out there without expecting anything to keep us all on the same page.

This will open the door for him to start to like you back little by little. If he likes you enough to ask you out or gets to like you that much, he'll be able to confidently ask you out now that he knows you like him. And if he never asks you out, your feelings will slowly dissipate, and you'll move on to somebody else naturally.

I say be careful and really consider whether it's so important to you that he knows. If he's in love with someone else, therefore not in love with you, things could change in a way you might not like. He could start feeling uncomfortable in your company, distance himself, start feeling somewhat responsible for you, stop being relaxed around you because he doesn't want to give you false hope, etc. Of course, maybe he'll be totally ok with it and everything will stay as it is right now, but that rarely happens. On the other hand, if you think he's the kind of person who wouldn't let something like that affect your current relationship, or if you think there's a chance he might like you back, maybe it's worth the risk. Just think about it very carefully and be sure you're not going to regret telling him, no matter what happens afterwards.
