Okay so. I live in Tennessee with my mom. Right now, I'm spending a month in Ohio with my dad. My girlfriend is still in Tennessee though. For when she's been on vacations before, things are always awkward and were kinda spaced apart once she gets back. The longest she's ever been on a vacation is a week.. And so since I've been gone for a month, were both worried about how things will be between us when I get back. What's something we could do to help our bond stay strong once we get back?

it all depends on how much you both want to be close with each other, if either of you don't want to be close, then it won't work out. but if you both do, then your relationship will be fine.

Talk every day. That helps. Communication is key to a relationship.

Give her an explosive drama when you see each other. Give her the I-miss-you-I-love-you then shoot a date ASAP.
