I'm currently trying to lose weight, but I'm having a hard time with it. And I'm trying to get at peak physical condition. (That and kids at school keep calling me big tiddy daddy.) Please give me some suggestions and advice for fast weight loss.

Eat healthy and in healthy proportions (obvious but important), and exercise 30min a day.

If you sit at the computer/TV a lot move a bit every hour or so.

The things that make me personally most fit is things like biking and walking, but it doesn't reach my arms at all so idk if you'd like doing that or not:p

You can always join a sport, too.

Dont look for fast weight lost, that's no good. Even if you lose it quick you will probably gain back the weight you've lost just as fast if not faster. Take it slow and in normal speed instead :)
There's a lot of things you can to really. But eat healthy in small but more often potions, and exercise everyday even if it's only for 15min it's still great :) get enough of sleep and try not to stress too much.
Don't lose motivation, maybe get a friend or someone to workout with you if that would help. It's hard to lose weight for some but it is possible, so don't give up :) You can do it!

I don't know how fast you want or need to lose weight, but it's going to be very difficult if you are trying to find instant results naturally.
