No, there is not such a thing as a Perfect Girl. If you think there is you will just create expectations towards that person, and when she/he doesn't act according to what you consider as perfect you will be disapointed. I've been there. A load of times, actually. And trust me, it is not a very nice place to be.
I'd tell you not to look for that perfect girl, and start giving a fair chance to the girls that cross your way. They are all perfect in their own ways.
And eventually, the girl of your dreams will show up, but she is far from perfect, as you and I are far from too ;)
Overall, Yes, I love girls with the caracteristics you described. But they are not easy to find, and if you do find her, treat her right! Because she is probably looking for a prince that doesn't exist either. AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAND that was a crappy responce, my bad.
