A family member of mine has autism. Does anyone know of any organizations for autism assistance or any advice when dealing with children suffering from the condition? Any assistance you can provide is appreciated.

QRitsucka, at my school, we have a program for people with autism. it is supported by the entire school, and is very helpfull. i suggest starting a program like that at school, and if you are an adault, try to fund a program in your community. sometimes you have start the change you want.

Get a speech therapist and eating therapist to help them I understand because my little brother has it all you do is try to support them and help them along the way and try searching for autism schools

Autism is very hard to deal with but it will all work out believe me. My brother has autism and we've been together for 14 years. He is a great kid but he has also had lots of struggles. I would stay clear from Damar Schools but check out IDTC (depending on their age). Austin Speaks offers lots of assistance but truly caring for them will help a lot.
