so I have a friend who I believe has developed an eating disorder and its getting bad...The other day she asked me how to make herself throw up and what waist training is. She always complaining about her weight (which btw is big at all) My parents are friends with hers and i almost want to ask them to tell her parents so theyll talk to her but im afraid that will damage our relationship. I was anorexic for 3 years and am now recovered and work out and eat in a healthy style the doctor approves of. she is starving herself and her constant talk of weight is also affecting me where i want to go back to my old ways and ive asked her not to talk to about it to me but she still does; right now shes mad at me because i refuse to give her my work out routine because i do it to stay toned three times a week and she tends to over exercise...i dont know how to help her /:

Okay try and tell her about youtube, just say no or else I'll crack a bottle on your ass, just I didn't mean but why not tell her about your work you could do it together but if I was you and she was trying to get anorexic or something I would soooooooo tell her off and say something like "YOU WANT TO DIE OF STARVATION OR SOMETHING YOU BIG IDIOT YOU'LL DIE IF YOU KEEP THIS UP!!"

starving your self doesn't work it make it worse because it'll take your fat and store so that the fat won't be able to dissolve, and so the next time you eat you'll just get fatter trust me I've seen plenty of idiots in my day (and by my day I'm not saying I'm an old lady I'm only 19)

No, I know about the fat and stuff and I do want to knock some sense into her. Your idea of working out together is a really good one actually; that way i can be sure she wont over do it.
