Test Anxiety (2)

I normally put some work into my posts, but fuck it. It's late, I have a test tomorrow, and I need to study.

So yeah, this is just what it sounds like. Whenever I have a test or an exam, I just get so anxious that it actually impairs my ability to think, and I can't do quite as well as I should. Has anyone had any experience with this? Is there any way that I can deal with it?

Please, give me any advice you can. My marks are at stake here, people!

I get worried over stuff like that, too. I found that as long as I do the homework and pay attention in class I end up getting good grades. If you are well prepared and just have trouble relaxing because of test in general, there are tons of ways to relax like meditation, music, writing, drawing, exercise, food, aromatherapy, reading, sleeping, etc. Just breathe.
