Hey, my parents a-are... well, I should say my whole family, They are all homophobic, and ummm.... I-I am Bisexual, I don't, umm, k-know how to tell them. I told them that i hang out with mostly Bi or Gay people, and umm, they said if i ever started to become one of them.... they would ummm... beat the crap out of me... H-how should I tell them? Because I really want to, I don't want to hide the fact that I'm Bisexual anymore.... They use any excuse they can find to hate Homosexuals or Bisexuals... H-help me please....

ANYWAYS, if you really want to tell them, just tell them. If they lay a finger on you, go to the police and report abuse. If you are actually afraid of them, wait until you are 18 and move out then tell them. That way you don't have to deal with them on a daily basis if they end up being like GHF on a daily basis. You could also try bringing a friend over to help support you so if you do get into a heated argument with your parents, you will have at least one person backing you. From the sound of this, I would wait until i moved out and then tell them with a friend around.

I know how you may feel sometimes. Part of my family hates me because my grandfather was black, another part hates me because my grandmother was white, and another part hates me because i'm atheist. I'm in the middle of every family fight. I just gave up trying to please them all. Just don't worry about them. Live your life however you want to and forget about them. If they hate you simply for that reason, then they aren't worth your time. As long as they don't hurt you physically or put you down mentally after you tell them, then just don't let it worry you.
