Okay, so, I've got this guy friend. We've been really close friends since 1st grade, and we "dated" in elementary school,and didnt talk alot again after that until our first year of middle school(7th grade). We'd always be a little flirty when were alone then,and we always hugged and talked and hung out. But around the middle of 8th grade, he started to act a bit more...high and mighty. Like he was a little bit better than us, and he would bring up some past tuff that would make me uncomfortable, like our dating.(All our friends wanted us to date). And now that we are in 9th grade, I have to open his locker for him,and he'll tell me stuff like "We're going to my locker first cause mine is more important" and just ignoring me and then acting like he really needs me. Every time I threaten not to open his locker anymore,he freaks out and apologizes. And just recently,he texted me

and honestly I just cant take being around a guy who I had really big emotions for for the longest time. But every time I try to pull away he'll say something or do something or some universal sign comes into me head I just cant. I mean, He is a really good and important friend but I just cant take him sometimes. I feel like being around him is keeping me from moving and and finding another guy. It's like an emotional ball and chain. A new guy comes around and he'll start being nice again....
