How do you feel about getting chocolate and/or flowers (not anything big, like a couple of carnations, etc) on Valentines day from a girl?
My school has a vday event where we can send carnations to someone in the school. One of my guy friends said it's a bit weird to get flowers, but I want to know from more people.

I had received a few carnations at school way back when. At first I didn't quite grasp that someone would have been into me to begin with, then I had trouble with the symbolism of the gift, then the sudden realization of what was happening... However, never once did I feel immasculated.
Then again, I'm a bit old-fashioned with romance. A flower speaks a million words.
