Alright here I am sitting in the corner of the band room all curled up in a ball crying, and I'm not really sure why… I mean I've just been sad lately and no matter how hard I try to laugh or whoever tries to cheer me up I just can't shake this feeling. I don't know what to do, I feel pathetic… please help

People are like that. Their mood can change so easily. If you are feeling sad without a reason, that can mean a lot of things.
I auggest you to continue your everyday life. You will return normal a few days later. I sometimes feel sad too without a reason. But you will retyrn to feel normala few days later -slowly.
