I have attachment issues. I have trouble loving people. The people I'm supposed to naturally love I am not able to, and the people I care for the most, or lust towards, it's just feels like a strong sense of loyalty I have for them.
It's not like I've had a traumatic life, but as an adult I hear more stories that even as a baby I didn't even like interacting with my parents.
How can I learn to love?

You cannot learn what you have never learned in your life.I can feel you in that state and I tend to be even worse.
Meaning that I can feel nothing even to my enemies, like anger.
I believe that is a mechanism that you have made without realizing it, so you would not get hurt.Maybe it was in your insticts as well.
However there is not a proper way to learn how to love.Just don't give it too much thought and forget it.You will know ehn you love someone.Or maybe you even have a different way of loving someone.Like being loyal to them.
