I don't know why.My looks aren't excatly,how you say attractive.So most women look away.i'm a heavy set punk looking type.I havn't dated in 4-5 years since early high school. i'm 21 now,I fear I won't ever date again.I don't go looking for women I always wait for them to come to me.but nobody has as far as dating goes.it's always 'friend zone' or 'drama fixer' with me. there really isn't any other attractive traits bout me either,like my car and I don't have a job...I play music,which is it.and it's punk rock which not every girl is attracted to.and those who are are always taken by someone better looking..i'm so lost now.

For example I love punk rock and hard rock. I also listen metal music.

I dress up punk and I have only dated once.

You cant change yourself and you must stay away thoose girls who looks for personality. And fall in love. or like someone.

I am in a similar situation. 21 haven't dated since I was 19. That is by choice though. Have you tried a one-nighter? I ask that because doing "that" tends to make people feel good, and is way easier than getting a date. That said, I have known people who can get girlfriends, who are way lamer than you bro. Arya is right. If you put yourself out there it's easier than you think. You're 21! By virtue of a year, the likelihood of you finding a relationship or a one-nighter has increased exponentially!

It's a numbers game. Ask out more girls, get more girls. Don't get discouraged by being rejected, either. Most people will be on your side and say "that sucks", and that's all the drama it will be, so just move on to girl 3, girl 4, or girl 100.

I agree with most the people on this thread by saying you need to be more open and look for them. If they aren't coming to you, go to them. Just as a side comment, there is a thread for dating problems currently right above this.
