My name is the Island Sun, it isn't my birth name, or rather the name I use when I first greet people, but it is still my name. I am a writer, I try to write novels. It is somewhat of a lonely proffesion, and I don't claim to be a master of it. But it changed me, writing. After trying to write novels for several years now I kind of grew to little persona's in my mind. There is a part of me which is weak, which feels like it fails at everything it tries, and then there is the Island Sun. It is the part of me that is strond, and pridful, and full of fury.
When I said earlier that writing is a lonely art, I meant it. The way my other part acts, it can be a litttle funny, and to a certian extent I can make friends. But I have never had a girl friend. And there have been times, when I am writing, when it is a love scene, that I start to cry. Sometimes the Island Sun can pull me out, sometimes he can't.
I started watching Durarara last year, and I kind of fell in love with it. My first real anime. And the Dollars simply made my day every time I heard their mention. When I found this site, well, it made my day too.
Although, I should say, that solcial media hates me. I don't think i have every been patient enough for it. But still, I think I am simply too lonely to resist this one.
I really, really want to have a home among the Dollars. I don't expect that I will be cured of my lonelyness, as if that is possible in my sad state. But maybe it will be a little better.

If you're lonely, then why don't you try to make some friends? Friendship can bring some inspiration, and as a part-time creative writer, I would know this.
