Hey!! I used to be a regular in this site and in the Indonesian chatroom during summer last year. I usually don't write or talk about these things online, but I really don't know who to turn to right now.

I'm really worried for this one friend of mine. Call her A. It all started out pretty simple. A likes a boy. Let's call this boy B. And at least at first, B likes A back. I was happy to hear this and of course tried to get the two of them together. It was a bit of work to do since B is a year older than both A and I. The two of them are shy people, so I was just trying to get them to talk to each other. These two don't even belong to the same circle of friends, you see? All this went perfectly fine for half a year last school year. In the end, they were braver and would talk to each other.

But this school year...it's all just weird and confusing. Everything was fine at first and the two were really starting to talk and get along. I left the two be because they seem to fine all by themselves. Then the fall play came. Both A and B are involved in the backstage working of the play. I was dragged into it too by A. During this time, another girl, call her C, starts talking to B. This got A really upset. She knows that B doesn't usually talk to girls other than for school or work-related purposes. But then suddenly he's talking to C all the time and C is always with B. But every now and then, B would still look and show that he cares about A. So that makes A go up-and-down all the time. She said she loves him and can't hate him no matter what. I tried to convince her that B is hurting her and she should let him go, but she wouldn't do it. I advice her so many times that she should at least go talk to B or something. All the stuff here are stuff I got from A and she might as well misunderstand. To me, B still looks like she cares about A. But then B and C would be together and then rumors say that B and C are going out. I am simply confused. I can't advice my friend because she will not do whatever I told her. I told her to at least sit down and talk to B but she won't do it. She's a wimp, and someone too nice to get mad at anyone most of the time. Even when she's mad she holds it in. But I don't like to see her like that. She's a really nice person but she's suffering and I know she won't be able to handle it herself, or at least I don't think she can. She's had a hard life and she's weak. I don't want my friend to suffer but I don't know what I should do....any adivice??
