Once someone touches you move away, look at him with a disgusted look, and tell them no. If necessary, use physical force to stop them. If you find yourself freezing up mentally tell yourself that he's wrong and you're right and push him away. Tell yourself no one has a right to your body but you. Just say no. If you're uncomfortable around someone that you're friends know then tell them that X makes you uncomfortable and ask them for help when you're around that person.
