0k i feel as though i have to sides. light and dark. light is usually my outward self. i try to be optimistic. but the darkness however grows lil by lil each day. right now it feels like the dark abyss inside me is only growing worse. every once in awhile ill have short anger outbursts from the shit that goes on in my life everyday. my friends dont understand this and we only talk on occassion. i just need someone that i know will be there for me as a friend.

Well at least you admit you might have a problem, and apparently that is the first step to dealing with it. I don't have a anger problem, but whenever I am in a shitty mood I go skate. Try finding something that will bring a smile to your face regardless of the situation. It could be music, art, sports, etc. The problem is finding it though.

Oh and for the record I already made peace with my so called evil side. I know I have some screws loose, since I can understand why people decide to go shoot up a place. I just accept that part of myself and continue with life.

It helps when people listen, if nobody does, see your guidance counsellor, or a therapist (i dont know if your in school or not) they will help you and keep it discreet. i hope you find a way to help yourself with this, and if you do, tell me about it. because i would also like to know

You know...I have anger outbursts,too.But not JUST anger outbursts...I can be very unsure and anxious at times.I feel as if my world is falling apart and I've lost everything!!However,that's not true.I suggest you talk to your friends more.My friends help me calm down and return to my usual self.Also,you could take up a hobby,like yoga or jogging etc. to keep you distacted.Hope my advice helps...
