Not to bring your spirits down but, i have the same problem, even with my workouts being my favorite thing, it making me happy, i still end up mad, i still have anger outbursts where i feel like punching someone in the face. it happens, it probably your environment, friends, classmates, work buddies, family issues, they often are the cause of this. It helps when people listen, if nobody does, see your guidance counsellor, or a therapist (i dont know if your in school or not) they will help you and keep it discreet. i hope you find a way to help yourself with this, and if you do, tell me about it. because i would also like to know
