I'm not sure what to do anymore D: i just started college and decided to room with my bestfriend who i knew since i was in middle school. and out of no where she stops talking to me. she wont look at me and when i smile at her she rolls her eyes. i tried to asks her whats wrong but she'll just leave the room or put her head phones on. She's an important person to me so i don't want to loose her i'm no so sure how to approach this.

Ask her straight up what the problem is. If you don't get it out of her now and there is a legitimate problem behind it, she's going to let it fester. It's a frustrating habit some people have, to expect an issue to be solved while refusing to let it be acknowledged.

You aren't in the wrong to try to decry an issue if it's directly affecting you - it only starts to get intrusive if you ask for more details than necessary. If she gets mad at you for asking a question, she is being needlessly difficult, and I recommend you don't let that kind of shit slide if you want this to work out.
