i got picked on by some people for no reason the other day and when i went to my best friend to tell him what happen he just didn't care and just left me there by myself and my family doesn't even care either i don't know what i did wrong to make them just treat me as if im not family or a friend i just feel so alone in the world now like nobody cares about me or my safety

It may seem like that for many people, but you will never be truly be alone, no matter what. Some of the most distant people might actually turn out to be the closest to you, like many of the Dollars.
I would feel like that all the time, but it is just one of those days, and don't let people that pick on you discourage you, do your best to make a joke out of it, ignore that person and they will leave you alone. Your family and friend might have something going on that they are to focused on, so never think that they don't care about you, others have problems as well and can't always focus their attention on you, but if it is desperately needed, they will. So don't get discourage that noone cares about you! many people actually do! You just need to go and look for them.

Yeah, I can connect. One of my friends (online, mind you) was constantly bullied and abused, and her only parent didn't really care enough about it to deal with it. She tried to go to her teachers but they ended up thinking she was lying because enough people defended the bullies... it really was a sad time for her.
But, a few months after I befriended her, she was able to find a guy that she liked, one who sympathized with her because he was an introvert, and they were able to stick together and go out despite that fact that she and now him were still bullied.
A year later, she moved on to high school and everyone seemed to forget the bullying and move on. She still hangs out with the other guy, I believe.
Basically, just stick through it and keep your head up - don't let those people rule your life, you'll eventually find someone who you can relate to and the other will eventually get bored and move on.
