Pardon me if this seems rather poorly put together but I'm at a loss of what to do here. My younger sister has apparently started cutting, I found this out about an hour ago and immediately turned and told our parents (as one should).

However, I don't really know how to talk to someone about this. I know some of our Dollars have in the past (and some still do) cut themselves, and I really want their opinions especially:

What would be the best way to help? What can I do without escalating the problem?
