Okay Im dating this girl who likes my best friend, she stalks him at work. And my best friend is already engaged to someone. And my girlfriend hurts herself over my best friend rejecting her. I already confessed my love to her but she ignores it.

If she's dating you how did she reject you. Also If she is hurting her self go get her help, You need to tell someone

First, if she is stalking your best friend who is engaged then try to tell her as gently as you can to get over him. Second, how are the two of you even dating if she ignores your confessions of love to her? If she's hurting herself over a guy that doesn't love her in return and she clearly could care less on how you feel then dump her. You don't have to put up with someone who's in love with another person yet is supposed to be your girlfriend. Tell her to get professional help or ask one of her friends to help her out of you care about her. I hope this helps and I apologize if this is bad advice.
