I'm babysitting this girl who is 12 years old. She needs to take her medicin, but she refuses to take it. Her parents have given up on making her take it, but the medicin will improve her life greatly and not taking it will shorten her life greatly. I care about her, and I'd feel partially at fault if this happens because I didn't get her to take it. There is only one problem, she won't take it. I've tried everything I could think of, but I know you guys will probably have some advice on this. How can I get her to take her medicin? So far, she has no computer, no tv, and is content just sitting there in her room doing nothing.

you could try bribery. Give her something she wants after she takes her medicine. I mean something she REALLY wants.
>>7 I did. No computer. No ipod. No tv. Miss her tv show. Can't swim. Can't go on a walk. Can't go to par..k. Can't make soap. She still hasn't taken it
..Thats, a lot of medicine.. what's it for? ..use said soap kit as levrage?..idk the situation keeps going down hill

Tell her everything: why she has to take it, what will happen if she doesn't take it, what will happen if she does take it, etc. That might work if all else fails.
>>17 Have you tried mixing brown sugar and/or honey in it? The brown sugar (you have to warm it up a bit and mix it well) will help absorb the really sharp taste, and the honey will help thicken it up so it's not as disgusting.
