I'm in love with this guy that I love...when I met him he was sweet to me and everyone around him, now he's starting change to where he gets pissed off everyday and takes it out on everybody, and I don't know what to do...just leave him or just wait it out and hope he'll become his old self again...this must sound like a stupid question to some of you though...

Well right now, this problem might not be fixed if you just leave i as it is. You should try to talk to him about it and if he talks then try to fix it but if he doesn't want to, just tell him that you want to help but if he still says no, then just wait. But don't leave him. Just wait a little and if it's the same then you can leave.

Uh... OP-san, before you talk to him about the whys and hows he convert 180 degree, may I ask are you one of his close friends?
If you are, then go ahead, ask him to consult to you. If you're not, then try to still act nice to him, ask his closest friends about it. If they won't tell you the reason, tell you're asking for a good cause. If they didn't know either, talk to him personally while stating you want to help.
Maybe this is not the best advice, but you could try.

like erryun else said, talk to him. My only concern is that since you said he has been very angry lately, if you ever do talk with him, don't help him 'fix' the problem. Maybe later, but I think that it'd be a bit better to just be a listening ear. Plus, he'll prolly like u for not trying to correct him right away. There are times when you just want someone to listen, and you don't want to be corrected. Just imagine if you were extremely super duper loaded with anger, would u want someone to come up to you and ask you what's wrong and then correct you? I mean, yeah, help him fix his problems, but not like that. Listen to him first, give some encouragement, and leave.
Then later, next time, wutever, go talk to him again. Check up on how he's been. Say, "I've been thinking, have you tried...." and then give out your ideas of helping him. It's just...a more decent? or more sympathetic way. I think? o-O

Go ahead and accept the fact that you're most likely not in love. You may think you are, but don't mistake infatuation for something more.
Secondly,if he's changing then there's nothing you can do about it. If he's just being grumpy,talk to himabout it.
