Have you ever heard that we don't own the chatrooms? Because we don't. There is nothing we can do about it.

We had conversations about this before, but it's out of our hands at this point. Well, sort of. Since we use a shared chat site now, community opinion alone can't exactly sway it one way or the other without a concentrated effort.

As for your problem, try using a different browser. You might also be ghosting, so log out and log in with a different name.

One thing that baffles me is that talking about the chatrooms here has almost turned into a taboo topic. Everyone immediately jumps to discredit the one asking about them, even if they ask something legitimate. I don't mean to pick on Weems, because it's not the first time it's happened - but can we try using our heads a little more instead of jumping on a hate-fueled bandwagon?

When we don't own the chatroom, there isn't really a lot we can do. I usually just say that (unless there's been too many lately, I might flip on one person).

It's not so much dealing with that, as it is dealing with questions that are reasonable. When they ask "I HAV PROBLM LOGIN ON CHAT MAEK ADMIN FIX" then, yeah, fuck them. But if they have a legitimate question about the content of the chatroom, it's a different matter entirely.

Sexual and erotic chat is not allowed under some law in Japan where I'm guessing this site was created. If you see it happening, you're supposed to report it.

This is true, but even then there's no way you can completely stop it. If you don't like the people of the internet, then don't go on the public chat sites. XD
