Graduation Stress (5)

I guess this would be the place to post this so here goes.

I'm Graduating from college in two weeks and I'm not sure of how to deal with the stress. Every day finals are pounding on my mind and it is affecting my art in a very bad way (art is three outa five finals). Not to mention all the stress of getting me resumes out for both my major and general cause I lose my job this coming week (I'm a student worker, and once I'm not a student, I lose my position).

I need some ideas to chill myself down, cause I can't use my normal methods. (sleep and reading are normal de-stressors for me, but I don't have the time to do either.)

I would suggest listening to music while on the go or just sit back for a bit and close your eyes and listen. I would suggest artists such as Nujabes, Nomak or Uyama Hiroto. (No promotion intended). These are relatively calming music that can put your mind at ease, I personally think it works very well so I would suggest you to give it a try! :)

Good luck on your exams!

>>1 this was me last week T.T but sleep is really important so what I'd suggest is taking small naps in between work. What I do is work for a couple of hours then I'll take a nap for an hour get up drin some cofee and get back to work. I'll also listen to some nice calming music too.

I don't know if this works but in stress try to calm down by:
close your eyes, don't think of anything, leave your head blank. Then, slowly take a deep breath, hold it for a moment, then release it calmly. Repeat at least 3-5 times (for me though).
