So, I have a little sister who I dearly love....even if she gets to be a pain. Either way, I live in a state where they have a state wide standardized test. All grades except for 9th, 10th and 12th have to take this test. My little sister tends to stand out in her school than most kids. Multi-colored hair, pretty tall and tends to wear a lot of stuff from Hot Topic. So you get an idea of what she's like. There are a few of her teachers who single her out and yesterday. A certain one that wears clothing that doesn't match what teachers should wear, singled her out again. All because she was falling asleep during the state test. She's 14, an 8th grader and that teacher calls the campus guard. Not even before the rest of class left the teacher said "I think ______ is under the influence"
Of drugs, this teacher that can bend over and show kids under her skirt without even caring apparently has no sense of dignity. The campus guard takes her to the nurse where my little sister comes out clean as whistle. I just need opinions on this cause I feel like no one in my family cares and the fact this isn't the first time the school has accused my sister of something. We think it's just how she looks and her attitude problem.

Cuss 'em out, or sue them for discrimination or something. Don't just sit around and do nothing. If the teacher says something about your sister because of the way she looks, then do the same thing to the teacher. I can't really give any better advice since most of my solutions are violent.

Schools have always done this. It's happened to me before as well. If it's several different cases i'd say report it, or talk to a lawyer. this kind of stuff is bullshit and shouldn't just be put up with.
