Everyday I go through one of those moments where I don't want to go home because of my family.Every single time I get involved in something because of my brother I'm acconted for it.Sometimes I wish they can just understand that I am different from my brother and sister.They want to go to a normal college I personally don't want to go to school for 21 years once I'm through highschool I want to move out and go to Japan and learn to become a Manga artist.My life is anime it always has been but they want me to be almost exactly like them.My older siblings have their own generation and I have mine they just chose not to let me be me.Instead they let me get in trouble, yelled at and suffer.They never cared and they never will it's like they don't want me to have freedom like I'm just a slave to them a tool.

Try to explain your viewpoints, choose your words carefully. then when it seems like no matter what you tell them goes through them, maybe you could just wait til you graduate or turn 18, move out and do what you want. :) but try to see their viewpoint, i think what you need is just a long discussion with both parents who are willing to understand both viewpoints.

Your life is your own path, work if you have too to gather money then simply move. If they do not help you then simply move. I do not know how old you're but your choices are your own, in time they'll come to realize.
However fight for it abit first and talk about it before making a move like this, basicly do what 2 & 3 said first.
Don't start a fight of it, be calm and dedicated.
I don't really now what elese to say.
