Everyday I see my "friends" and want to hang out with them but at the same time I don't.Every morning I see them but instead of acting like their friends with me it's like they're trying to avoid me.When ever I say"Hi" there's never a reply back and when I do something for them no thank you it's like I'm they're tool use me but never think I have feelings.When I want to be alone I feel like everybody is staring at me like"haha look at him he's all alone".I am the type that likes to be left alone but only when i'm mad.Then today I was just walking in to the front gate and the so called"friends" that I had said to stop hanging out with them because I was ruining their popularity.I was like WTF!?in my mind I just stood there looking like"okay then screw you guys".Then they just walked away there was a long pause after they left and I decided to blow off gym to play the piano in the little theater.I...feel pathetic after what happened I didn't say anything what should I do now?

Something similar happened to me. Except I still don't even know why they started ditching me and basically stopped being my friend. At first I was really hurt and had a hard time. But you should try and hang out with new people. Eventually I found new friends to hang out with and I actually like them much more. I have more fun with them and I can be myself more.

In high school, it's important to gain a reputation. I gained mine by joining the football team and being the toughest person there. What gives me the edge is the intimidation I give off to other people that don't like/know me so they know to stay back or get their guts clapped out of their stomach. However, don't become a jerk. Be nice, work out, and join a sports team like football.

I'll try but it's not easy to find new friends that won't treat you bad because not a lot of people care about stuff like anime.I'm like the only non-normal guy in the whole school.Plus I have a bit of a stage fright I can't stand it when people stare at me I get that presence every time I walk to school.I keep my hood up all day to avoid peoples eyes when they stare.

What on earth do you mean non-normal? You're alienating yourself right from the get go with an attitude like that. : /

I agree with others. Just stay strong and keep your head up. Friends aren't only those who have the same hobbies as you (you mentioned anime as your interest). I love anime and cosplay - but I do not watch it with any of my close friends. Why? I know it is not their "thing." But we are still very close. We talk about anything to everything and do stupid silly things together. Friends are those that stick by your side through thick and thin. It doesn't matter if their interests are different. It just depends whether you get along with them and some how "click."

you'll definitely find people who won't ignore you because of some popularity ranking in your school. Try dabbling into other clubs or sports as you may find it interesting and even meet a new friend. The new friend may be open minded to anime, for example. If not, you guys may still connect on another level or interest.

Here I go. I have been stabbed in the back by pretty much all of my friends at one time or another. Now, I really only have 3 friends I can't trust anyone, and every time I tell someone why I'm upset I here, "you think your life is bad,,, Listen about MY crappy life." Which they mostly are about having stupid friends, lies, and a few true FML moments. I've learned to just ignore them. I have one friend who will always be my friend, even though she was one of the friends I mentioned earlier. she has had a hard life. I have a friend that no one else likes, but he's nice to me that's all that matters. My third friend thinks her life is worse than mine because she has stupid friends, but she's cool when I'm talking to her about drawing or writing.

I've learned to hang around those I can deal with and are nice to me. If that means I have 3 friends then so be it.

PS. I ignore my friend that has stupid friends. That's how I can deal with her.
