It bewilders me that anyone was surprised by this. Violence in the States has been ignored, excused or even celebrated throughout 2020, so it was only a matter of time before something like Wednesday happened. People have nothing left to lose and Trumpers have been watching antifa doing far worse and facing little consequence all year.
My only hope is that more people warm up to the idea of a peaceful divorce, because it will only get worse from here on out.

It seems that the world is turning. I think the last thing we all need is this, I’ve watched the videos, and read the articles. A woman died. Getting violent isn’t a good answer. Something should be done, and quickly. The only thing we can hope for now, is that the police officers who were biased and letting people through. Not doing their jobs, Will be caught.
It’s too risky to go back now, I honestly think that something will break out. It’s already starting.
Planned protests, riots at the capitol. It’s the start of a civil war. I just pray that the government officials, the CIA, and the FBI will see it coming. Then do something.

As cliche as it sounds, the most we can do is spread love and peace. The more mainstream live and let live becomes the less likely violence will break out. Without the federal government there wouldn't be a culture war and a routine battle to wield its unbelievable power on the domestic and world stage. If the culture agrees that New York can live however it wants and Idaho can live however it wants, then the main causes of this escalation vanishes overnight.
So keep spreading love, Dollars! Never let people tell you it's naive
