NEOM is a smart city being built in Saudi Arabia by crown prince Mohammed Bin Salman, its said to be a stepping stone into the future with robot dinosaurs for attractions, flying cars and taxis for transportation including hyperloops, cloud seeding, holograms as teachers and robot maids , etc. All of this sounds pretty futuristic tech for what we have now but all in all its a really interesting topic.
